My leg twisted in a strange way, and now my knee is swollen, I can not bend all the way, my cruciate ligament?

It's so hard for you, what kind of damage they have done up to the knee to know. There are many ligaments in the knee, all with different functions in stabilizing the knee in certain movements.
If your knee is swollen and can not bend the knee at the end may have one or two different things: inflammation can fold all the way, or it can be a knee meniscus inside damaged.
Remember RICE:
Rest
Ice - 10-15 minutes per hour
Compression - use an Ace bandage or similar
Elevation - Keep your feet above the knee, the knee above the hip
Ask your doctor, preferably a specialist as soon as possible.
